#001 - L1 Static – Heather | Tutorial Part 1
In this routine you will be challenged with your upper body strength, a lot of the moves require you to be light on your toes.
There are also a lot of twisted shapes in this routine, so get ready for that ;)
I really enjoyed choreographing this one, I wanted to challenge myself with new shapes and transitions and the result is sorta magical. Take your time with it. Focus on the shapes and breath. And always feel empowered to change any part of it and make it your own!
